We are the only CrossFit Box in Falkirk and have been established for over 4 years. Our aim is to forge a Broad, General and Inclusive fitness for everyone regardless of current physical activity levels.

We are a friendly bunch and offer competitively priced memberships along with a passion to motivate. All our workouts are scalable to any level of fitness. Please see our timetable for more information.

Our Head Coach & Owner Gordon, has his CF-L1& CF-L2 along with additional qualifications of Gymnastics, Power Lifting and Strongman.

Cariss is qualified in CrossFit Kids & Teens, CF-L1 along with Kettlebell Coaching and L2 Gym Instructor. Cariss is currently studying Level 4 Nutrition Coaching with BTN Academy.
